About Co-Founder
Rela Emmie Wawaneya is a Certified Strategic HR Professional with over 10 years of HR experience of helping businesses win HR Strategies and driving change. He is a Certified Trainer under Papua New Guinea DHERST, a former worker at Bank of Papua New Guinea and is a Certified Trainer in Financial Literacy for ANZ Bank’s “Money Minded Training Program” and BPNG’s CEFI’s Financial Literacy Training Program as well. She has years of experience in Training & Development, HR Services, Performance Management, Recruitment & Change Managment coupled with Financial Services. She achieved success due to her commitment to providing excellence in financial literacy & Digital Literacy training delivery in Papua New Guinea. She is a member of Australian Human Resource Institue, NZ Human Resource Institute and SHRM USA.
